PACKAGE DETAILS

DAY 1 - CUSCO/Night at Aguas Calientes.

We will meet you at the airport and pick you up. We will welcome you at our office with some Coca tea then we will visit the plaza the Armas for some photos then depending on the boarding time we will take you to the train station at Ollantaytambo.

The train will leave Ollantaytambo aproximately around 7:00 p.m. or 9:00 p.m. depending on availibility also arrival to Machupicchu same night. You will be accommodated an an excellent 3 star hotel with great wifi signal with a view of the Vilcanota river. The trip from Ollantaytambo to Machupicchu takes aproximately 1 hour and 50 minutes.

Once arrive at Machupicchu train station. The Machupicchu tour guide will be expecting you to take you to your hotel. The same night the tour guide will have a brief chat about what time you will go up to Machupicchu next morning.

DAY 2 - Machupicchu Wonder of the world.

On this day the tour guide will meet you at your hotel then to take you to the bus station to Machupicchu.  The bus up the mountain will take about 20 minutes and travels up in a zigzag to the entrance. Once there you will go through admission. Make sure to keep your passport with you. The tour guide will be with you at this point.  Once you’re inside, the tour guide will explain the main plaza, the round clock, the temple of the four windows, and much more. The guide will be with you for approximately two hours. After the tour, you will have time for yourself to explore on your own (Machupicchu closes at 5:00 p.m.).  When you are ready to leave, you can come down to Aguas Calientes for lunch. You will have a private tour guide.

On the same day during the afternoon or evening you will take the train back to Ollantaytambo at 7:00 p.m. When you arrive in Ollantaytambo, a private vehicle will be expecting you to take you back to your Cusco hotel.

DAY 3 - Return to Lima

Breakfast at the hotel sleep late or shopping as you wish then return to Lima. We will also include and provide transportation back to the airport on this date.
